Karnataka Minister On The Path of Anurag Thakur, Said Traitors Should Get ‘Pill’, Not Biryani

Karnataka minister CT Ravi has also followed the path of Union minister and BJP MP Anurag Thakur. He has said that the traitors should not get shot. Karnataka Tourism Minister CT Ravi tweeted and tagged – # IStandWithAnuragThakur i.e. I am standing with Anurag Thakur. Apart from this, he wrote in the tweet, ‘Those who are opposing Union Minister of State Anurag Thakur, they are the same people who opposed the hanging of Ajmal Kasab and Yakub Menon. Fragment gang was supported. The lie was spread against CAA. Opponents of the country should get bullets and not biryani.

Earlier, Union Minister of State for Finance Anurag Thakur had given controversial slogans during the Delhi Assembly election campaign on Monday. Anurag Thakur was addressing the people before Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached the public meeting held in Rithala. During this, he shouted objectionable slogans from the crowd for about five minutes. In the slogan he says’ the traitors of the country ‘and those present in the gathering say shoot’ em … In the video, Anurag Thakur also mentions Giriraj Singh, a minister in the Modi government from Bihar. He says that ‘Make this slogan so loud that even Giriraj Singh should sound.’

The Chief Electoral Officer of Delhi said in a report to the Election Commission of India on Tuesday that Thakur, while addressing a public meeting on January 27 in Rithala, Delhi, has repeated several times ‘Desh ka gaddaro ko, golo karo … ko’. Raised the slogan. After this, the Election Commission has issued a show cause notice to Thakur and sought reply till 12 noon on January 30.

Thakur, if found guilty, will become the second BJP leader to be fired by the ECI during the campaigning for the Delhi Assembly elections. Earlier on 25 January, the Election Commission banned BJP candidate Kapil Mishra from campaigning for violation of Model Model Code of Conduct (MCC). Let us know that the election of Delhi Assembly will be held on 8 February. The counting of votes will take place on 11 February.
