Raj Kundra was born on 9 September 1975 in London. Raj is an Indian by origin but holds British citizenship. Raj is a well known businessman. Raj’s father had moved from Ludhiana to London years ago. He first worked as a bus conductor in London, after which he started his own small business. Raj’s mother was also an assistant in a shop. Raj Kundra belonged to a middle class family. He was barely raised by his parents. Seeing the condition of the family, Raj had understood the value of money in his childhood. So he started working from the age of 18.
When Raj turned 18, his father told him ‘Either take over our restaurant or start your own business.’ Raj also took his father’s word seriously and chose his path.
