Corona cases crossed four thousand after 230 days and 4099 cases were reported on Monday, which is the highest since May 18 last year. Last year on May 18, 4482 cases were reported, then the infection rate was 6.89 percent. A day earlier there were 3194 cases of corona.
Therefore, new cases have increased by 28.33 percent in 24 hours. In the last 24 hours, 1509 patients of corona have been cured, but for the third consecutive day, one patient died of the corona. Due to this, three patients have died in three days. According to the report of the Health Department, 387 new containment zones have been created in Delhi in the last 24 hours. Due to this, the number of containment zones has increased from 1621 to 2008.
13,118 cases came in five days
The first case of Omicron was reported in Delhi on December 5. After this, a total of 16,925 cases of corona have come so far. On December 30, the cases of corona had crossed one thousand. Since then, 13,118 cases have come in five days.
