Farmers’ organizations have announced to go on hunger strike today

The Modi government is declaring the agricultural laws in the interest of the Farmers’ organizations of the country.

Farmers’ organizations from many parts of the country have settled in Delhi

And its surrounding borders for the last 25 days even in the shivering cold.

Farmers’ organizations announced on Sunday that they will hold a one-day hunger strike at all the protest sites here today.

On Monday and will not allow toll collection on all highways.

At the same time, in view of this announcement of the Farmers’ organizations, the central government has once again sent an invitation to the farmers for talks.

And has asked the farmer’s unions to fix the date.

Vivek Agarwal, Joint Secretary, Union Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, has written a letter to farmers’ organizations in this context.

It is worth mentioning that the Central Government had constituted a Ministerial Committee under the chairmanship of Union

Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar to talk to farmers.

Union ministers Piyush Goyal and Somprakash are its members. So far, five rounds of talks have been held with the government which has failed.

Farmers’ organizations have once held a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, but the result has been zero.

The farmers have called a one-day fast on Monday, it has been called by more than a dozen organizations. Farmers had also called a similar fast earlier.

Farmers will undertake such a day-long fast from time to time. That is when the fast of the farmers sitting on Monday ends, then on Tuesday, a new group will sit on the fast.

Farmers’ organizations: December 23 is Farmers Day

In such a situation, agitating farmers have made a lot of preparations. Farmers say that on this day people should not make lunch at their home and support the farmers’ movement.

Farmers had already talked about making the national highway toll free.

Now from December 25 to December 27, all toll blocks of Haryana will be completely free and will be handed over to the farmers. During this time there will be no need to pay the toll.

Beat the plate during Mann Ki Baat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses the countrymen on the last Sunday of every month through the radio program Mann Ki Baat.

It is scheduled to air on 27 December.

In such a situation, the leader of the Bharatiya Kisan Union Jagjit Singh Dalewala has appealed to the people to keep beating the plate the whole time during this program of the Prime Minister.

Progress not seen in talks with government: Farmers’ organizations

The agitation of 40 Farmers’ organizations, on the demand for the complete withdrawal of new agricultural laws, took 25 days on Sunday.

Meanwhile, despite several rounds of talks with the government, the farmer leaders failed to end the deadlock.

Unions have said that they do not see any change in the attitude of the government.

Manjit Singh Rai, president of Bhartiya Kisan Union, frozen on the Singhu border, said that the government was hanging our case unnecessarily.

He should withdraw this law now and send the farmers to their homes.
